Pam Anderson & Rick Salomon 'Working Things Out'

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (December 17, 2007) — Despite reports earlier today that Pamela Anderson and her husband of just a few months, Rick Salomon, were heading for divorce court, the couple are now said to be “working things out” according to a post on Pam’s Web site. Earlier today, CelebTV.com, reported that the Vegas performer,“filed a claim for dissolution of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.” The former couple got hitched on October 6, 2007, at the Mirage Hotel in Vegas, where Anderson is living temporarily as a stage performer alongside Hans Klok. During an appearance on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Anderson previously told the talk show host she fell in love with Salomon after they worked out a deal over a $250,000 gambling debt the former “Baywatch” babe had amassed. “I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love,” Anderson said. “It’s so romantic.” In 2006, Anderson married musician Kid Rock in three to five (it’s unclear how many actually took place) ceremonies across the world, only to have the marriage dissolved a couple of months later (just over one year ago). She was previously married to musician Tommy Lee, with whom she has two children. Salomon is best known as, “the guy in the ‘One Night in Paris’ sex tape with Paris Hilton.” He first became well-known after his short and volatile marriage to actress Shannen Doherty. They married in 2002, but the marriage was annulled a short time later. He was also previously married to actress E.G. Daily. Access Hollywood reached out to Pam’s rep, but received a “no comment.” In another post on her blog, Pam wrote today: “I’ve decided against taking a HUGE offer to do a big production in Vegas -I’ve officially passed. Sounded like fun for a minute- very complicated with all the things hotel was offering-- but after being home- it’s impossible for me to leave- and going back and forth was already difficult 2x week with Han’s show for 6 months- - this would take up much more of my time- as much as kids love Vegas. I think we’re done. I’ll do a few stage appearances soon/Europe- Wild surprises/legendary stages-to fulfill the exhibitionist in me-that deal is done- but committing to years in Vegas-8-10 shows a week is not going to work for my family- I’ve never made decisions based on money- and I’d hate to start now- I’m going to work on my dream now- and stay Home--!!!”
